Take Me Out to the Ball Game

For business submitted starting February 1st through June 2nd you will earn more entries. Different
products have different values. Refer to the table below.

We will keep track of your ticket numbers as you submit business. You will receive your ticket number by email throughout the contest period.

Shields Brokerage looks forward to treating you  to a great night at the ball park. Transportation from Shields Brokerage will be provided by your Shields Brokerage host.

1. Business submitted February 1, 2017 through June 2, 2017 counts towards additional ticket entries.
2. Game tickets are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or an alternative prize.
3. If you submit business directly to a company, it is your responsibility to update Shields Brokerage to get proper credit.
   You can send an email to a Shields representative or to info@shieldsbrokerage.com .
4. On June 5, 2017 tickets will be drawn at Shields Brokerage at 2:00 pm. If a broker has more than one ticket drawn they may bring a guest(s) of their choice.
5. This is meant to be fun and reward a few lucky brokers for the business that they submit through our Agency. In the event that a broker can not attend the game on June 28, we can not offer an alternate option.
6.  Immediately following the drawing Shields Brokerage will contact the winning brokers. Brokers have 72 hrs to confirm if they can  attend the game, if they can’t attend or don’t respond, the ticket will be forfeited and a new entry ticket will be drawn.
7. Throughout the contest period Shields Brokerage may offer additional promotions that will allow a broker to earn additional tickets. These promotions are at the discretion  of Shields Brokerage.
