Any of these products are available à la carte, but this suite brings together a strong, complete option all in one value-priced package*. There are two options, a high and a low. Both offer an employer a choice of high-quality benefits at two different price points. Benefits levels vary slightly between the two plans with the monthly premium of a High Plan at $31.59, and the premium for the Low Plan being slightly lower at $28.00.
